Eye Exercises Explained
Most people don't realize that there are ways to improve your eyesight naturally. 2) Finger Exercise
Hold your fingerup six inches in front of your eyes. Inhale and stare at your finger for ten seconds. Exhale and shift your focus on an object twenty yards away from you for another ten seconds. Repeat ten times daily, or any time you feel eyestrain.
3) Tromboning
Hold a pencil at arm's length, inhale, and then slowly move it closer to you until it touches the tip of your nose.Next, exhale, focus on the pencil, and move it back out. Do this exercise for ten minutes daily, or after you have been reading for awhile.
Perform these exercises for about fifteen minutes daily. Many people have been able to get rid of glasses and contact lensesfor good by using these exercises, but it does take some time. Just as with any workout program, you can't expect t reach your goals overnight.
